IT'S ECO- CHIC !

At Madeira we want to preserve the ecology and environment of our planet and we think that it starts by protecting our fauna and flora !

Each of our craftsmen and artisan leave to the forest and are obliged by the law of the country, declare to their town hall the GPS position of the their trees that must have felt naturally to the ground .
Subsequently a forest guardian must verify and approve, according to the state of the tree, if it can be taken or not to the artisan's shop to be transformed in a beautiful piece of furniture!  ** In Brazil, cutting a tree is punishable of 10 years in prison !
